Mission and Objectives of the CzSTT
The Czech Society for Trenchless Technology – abbreviated as CzSTT – is a voluntary, non-party and non-governmental interest association of legal and physical entities dealing with questions of trenchless technology. The Society is a non-profit association that uses the proceeds of its activities for the development of its own technical activities. It has been registered by the Interior Ministry of the Czech Republic as an interest association under the registration number II/c OS/1-25465/94-R.
The Society's mission is acquiring and extending the scientific, research and technical findings on constructions done using trenchless technology as well as exchange and assessment of practical experience regarding new materials, machines and technologies.
The Society actively participates in the issue of legislative, technical and technological standards affecting the activities in the trenchless technology branch. It organises conferences, seminars, exhibitions and professional trainings and issues a specialised professional magazine to assist the branch development.
